I don't drink stout beer regularly, but I do enjoy it every so often. itsallabouttheg 6 years i thought i liked guinness, but then i had guinness & coke and realized i love it! j2e1n9 6 years Guinness sucks. It has like 0 alcohol content. Dont other countries make fun of the fact that Americans think Guinness is 'heavy' ? ilanac13 6 years no - i've tried to like it since it's a popular beer but it's just too heavy for my taste. i've even tried drinking black and tans and that didn't work. when i was in dublin i figured that it was the right thing to drink, but after a few sips of one, i felt so full and the taste wasn't really my thing either. oh well. at least i had a nice trip to the guiness factory! lexichloe 6 years One pint, thanks, and only one. chiefdishwasher 6 years Too much like burnt coffee. I have heard that it actually has less calories than lager beers. Party...could you check that out. I like the Smithwicks. jennjennnbubba 6 years a little but I love Irish Car Bombs!! insanitypepper 6 years Best beer ever! Well, maybe not the best ever, but definitely the best I can get at any bars or liquor stores around here. UrbanBohemian 6 years Do I like Guinness? Yes, Yes, Yes!!! I don't drink a lot of beer, but it's usually the first one I go for when I have one. shoneyjoe 6 years swertygirl's right. That's a pint for the Royal Oak, in Oxford, UK; a pint for Ashley's in Ann Arbor, MI; and a pint for Cambridge Common, in Cambridge, MA. I guess I should probably eat dinner, as those pints are going to hit pretty hard soon. lynnypoo 6 years there's this sometime misconception that guinness is a guy's drink. but i love it. makes beer/lager taste like carbonated water after that :D milosmommy 6 years I love black and tans. Baileys in Guinness sounds interesting. Baileys is my fave so I'd have to give it a try. swertygirl 6 years Guinness is pretty much the only *beer* that I drink. I depise lagers, and don't like pale ales. I like them dark and rich... like stouts, Guinness, and really dark ales. And Strongbow.... but who doesn't like Strongbow? Raise a pint for your local pub - the Severn Gorge in Telford UK!!! Manoukia 6 years While I like the occasional beer, Guinness is far down my list. I prefer lagers, ales, or German Hefeweizen, or some of the Belgian specialties, like Gueuze. mondaymoos 6 years No beer milkshakes for me. I'm more of an amber ale kind of gal. doogirl 6 years I don't drink beer. Liselola 6 years I think the cream on top is just dirty, really greasy... The beer itself is quite bitter and it is not high in alcohol. The shamrock they draw in the layer of cream is quite cute. I sometimes work in a café where they serve Guinness and it is very difficult to draw that shamrock =) I prefer Belgian beer actually, Stella for example. I hope that Belgian beers will be more available in the US since Anheuscher Busch became a part of InBev because they are really good! AmberHoney 6 years I don't drink beer, I cook with it and hubby drinks it but doesn't like this brand. I am intrigued by the coke and beer, cause I'm a Coca-Cola fan. opisnowpro 6 years The first time I tried it was at a New Years Eve party in San Francisco and I didnt like it, but the party was awesome!!! CiaoBella2 6 years I like Guinness once and awhile, especially black & tans. :drinks: HipMom 6 years I don't like ANY beer. kiwitwist 6 years No thanks. My hubby likes them but he drinks a mix of 1/2 Guiness and 1/2 Coke kia 6 years I am a Guinness fiend!
