I love rice with tumuric (sp?), curry and ginger zest (w/ red bell pepper, tomato and green peppers mixed in.) I also love indian food (spinach with rice, curry and chick peas is delish!)On a sclae from mild to hot... I can handle up to a medium. What some people find spicey tastes very mild to me (some people are very sensitive) so my handle on spices ranges from dish to dish. leeluvfashion 7 years Depends on the dish and how hot the spices are. I love cayenne, but nothing beats a jalapeno for me. I can eat nacho jalapenos from the jar, mmmmmm. Puzzle2397 7 years Honestly, I prefer my food not spicy (yay for totally living up the Midwestern stereotype). But seeing as I am about to head off to South Korea, where basically nothing without gochujang (red chile pepper paste) can be considered authentic Korean food, I'm going to have to deal. It'll be ok, though, cause Korean food is delicious =) zombielove 7 years not at all. never been a fan. zombielove 7 years not at all. never been a fan. karisaamy 7 years After having an ulcer I don't do spicy foods just to be safe Just-Oh 7 years I enjoy experimenting with different pepper varieties and getting to know which ones add character and spice to a dish and which ones just bring heat to the table. mjane79 7 years I love hot food.
