Tyler Florence & Paula Deen are the one's that I gain the most from... for my everyday cooking. But Giada has truly made, making alot of Italian appetizers, easy for me. The day I saw her make fried cheese I was hooked. haha! Plus I learned how to make a really great red sauce too!

Giada's are the only ones I've seen on TV and then immediately rushed to find the recipe and actually made. And I've made some of Alton's that I just found on the Food Network site.

I have tried a bunch of stuff from Rachel Ray, Inna Garten, Paula Dean, and something from an episode of Food Network Star, everything came out awesome. The craziest thing I ever made after seeing it on tv was this dish called The Nightgown. It was on Sara's Secrets and she had gotten the recipe from a restaurant called Nicola Paone Restaurant, in NYC (you can still find the recipe on the food network's website!). It was basically veal, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella rolled together, dredged in breadcrumbs and fried, then wrapped in a piece of fried eggplant, placed in a baking dish, topped with sauce and more cheese, and baked. It was one of the most delicious things Ive ever eaten, and quite possibly the reason my husband asked me to marry him.

Rachael Ray's recipes are the easiest, Ina's are the tastiest!

I want to. And I often go online to find the recipes, but I just never had the time or energy to cook a large meal for just one small person. Even in college, I had a very picky roommate who wouldn't eat anything aside from chicken, hot dogs, peanut butter, and tator tots.

I have made recipes by Rachael Ray and Giada, and they've turned out awesome. Some of the "bigger" chefs like Bobby Flay and Emeril get a little too complicated for me!

I really like making Giada's food...love Ina's ideas, but I can't afford saffron and some of the other expensive ingredients :(

Yup. But I definitely choose easy ones! :D

Love the Food Network and their website! Ina and Paula are my favorites!

I'll try something unless there are multiple expensive ingredients, things that are near impossible to find unless you live in a major city with lots of speciality shops, or ingredients that come only in huge amounts that would go to waste if I never made the recipe again.

Giada, Paula, Rachel, Ina...they are all my friends in the kitchen. I make Ina's chicken stew and biscuits and thumbprint cookies every winter, Giada's raspberry cream cupcakes are always a huge hit at potlucks, and when it comes to baked goods, no one's recipes are easier or more crowd-pleasing than Paula Deen's. Heck, I bought my kitchen-aid because of Ina. And gained 20lbs because of it.

TRY to... or at least get inspired by dishes that chefs make on tv. I'm addicted to competitive cooking shows: Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, ect. I fantasize about being a top chef and running around my kitchen like mad and scolding my suis chef... ahem.
