Kirstin GummiBears 5 years Honestly neither but if I had no choice in the matter, I would pick the regular soda. I never understood the rage behind diet sodas, it makes you consume more calories, under the assumption that it give a person a free pass to pig out. Besides that fake sugar messes up my digestion. But I stay away from both drinks. Both are horrible for my body and skin. matzsmith 5 years Some soda's I like in diet and some in full-cal. Really, it just depends on the drink. I don't drink much soda, but, I am drinking one now and it is indeed diet. RoaringSilence 5 years I don't really drink either. Half because I find it scary and unhealthy and half because I honestly don't like the taste. But if I had to choose, I'd drink regular, for the taste. bethinabox 5 years Diet coke was always my favorite. Regular is gross, to be honest. Although now I can proudly say I RARELY drink soda. xxstardust 5 years I get terrible migraines from anything with aspartame, so I only drink regular soda. I don't drink very much of it, though. I prefer seltzers, because I love the bubbles! "Diet" soda is linked to so many diet-harming things that I wouldn't drink it even if I could. HoneyBrown1976 5 years water amber512 5 years I have never heard of this "soda" you speak of. =) But my preferred pop preference is diet. I find regular to taste really syrupy. kea718 5 years Regular... Diet soda has a funky aftertaste, it's disgusting. Actually, diet anything has that funky aftertaste. Yuck! Spectra 5 years Diet soda, for sure. I've always thought regular soda was too syrupy and sweet. I kind of like the slight bitterness of the diet variety. danakscully64 5 years Neither, but since I only had 2 options, I picked regular. I hate diet. bohokitty 5 years @GlowingMoon, same. I can't have that much sugar in one drink. I'm not a big soda girl though. GlowingMoon 5 years Diet. Regular soda makes me hyper. Alley-Cat 5 years Diet soda... even though I can really taste the artificial sweetener which is kind of gross sometimes. It's better than the sugar packed regular sodas that rot your teeth and add pounds. ngocnguyen 5 years We grew up without pop so I never really got into liking it. Going to be hard keeping the trend going with my daughter since hubby drinks it everyday. leilani-s 5 years Aspertame gives me a headache and makes me feel awful. So on rare soda occasions, I treat myself to a Pepsi or Dr. Pepper. Best soda, though, is Coca-Cola from Mexico, made with cane sugar instead of corn syrup :) nikkisoda 5 years I very rarely drink soda, maybe once every 6 months. Having said that I go with the regular. WarEagleNurse 5 years Neither Gdeeaz 5 years I haven't had soda since march of last year. When I used to drink soda I usually had diet but I liked regular better. leeluvfashion 5 years How about none at all. Both versions of soda are horrible to your system. If a "soda" can dissolve a T-bone, remove grime not only from your toilet but a car/truck engine... I wonder why one would ingest such a formula and not question what the health consequences will be.
