Have to taste it to make sure it's seasoned properly and of course, cookie dough.
Of course. There's not better way to know if it's good or not :) I always taste what I cook or bake and by the time the food is actually read, I'm not hungry. Some people live off the steam of cooking, I enjoy it completely.
When I was vegan I couldn't taste anything, I just had to hope it turned out well. And my husband will NOT try anything as I cook it. I have no clue why,it's annoying.
I'm a Vegetarian, so when I'm cooking a Vegetartian meal I definitely do. However, my Husband eats meat, so I make meat dishes a few times a week and I never, ever taste them. I do everything by sight and smell. Apparently, I'm good at it because my Husband, Friends and Family really like my cooking. I just tell everyone they have to tell me if a recipe needs tweaking, it won't hurt my feelings and I want my food to be good!
of course i taste it. how else would you know if it's any good!!
I have learned to taste test my food to make sure it is seasoned enough.
totally agree with Smacks83, when I am cooking a big meal I end up not being able to eat any of it in the end!
its a must
i certainly do!
I taste so often that I tend to not be hungry once everything is actually cooked, lol !!
It drives me crazy when I'm cooking with my dad and I say, "Dad, what do you think? Taste this." And he says, "No. I don't want to."
Absolutely! You have to know whether its well seasoned or not. :)
I do a lot of quality control. :)
