I use walnut oil a lot. Tossed asparagus the other night and roasted. Oil my poach pods (for poached eggs) with it.

I don't have a lot, but besides a variety of Olive Oils I love Avocado Oil (http://casaoliver.com/Apalta-avocado-oil-from-chilean-gourmet.asp). SO yummy in salads and for sauteeing veggies. I also like making my own infused Olive Oils with various herbs/spices.

i wouldn't say i'm stocked, but i've got vegetable oil, olive oil, virgin coconut oil, toasted sesame seed oil, and walnut oil. i use the first for higher heat cooking or baking. olive for everyday sauteeing and most savory dishes. i use coconut oil as much as possible because it's so healthy, but only where heat is low. the last two are for flavoring, particularly salad dressings.

Yes, lots of oils, but I keep mine in the fridge after opening them. Walnut oil and champagne vinegar make a mighty tasty dressing. Walnut also great for baking

I have a wide variety; olive, canola, sunflower, sesame grapeseed, avocado and walnut are what are in my kitchen right now. I've been looking for pumpkin seed oil but haven't been able to find it yet.

The oils I use vary. I regularly use olive oil (I often have more than one variety), hazelnut oil (or another nut oil), dark sesame oil, and canola oil. I've been toying with infusing oils with other flavors, but I haven't really gotten into it yet...

I use olive oil, canola oil or peanut oil. It depends on what I'm making as to which one is used. I have yet to use grapeseed oil but it is on my to try list.
