Usually I write about some sort of fancy and decadent dessert recipe but today I'm doing something a little different, I'm not posting a recipe, because there is no recipe for this dessert. This dessert is pure naturally sweetened and very good for you (I know a healthy dessert is like an oxymoron but this one is!). This dessert would make FitSugar proud and is quite simply called fruit. In many European countries fruit is commonly consumed at the end of a meal, a cultural difference more Americans should apply to their daily lives. After yesterday's most certain Super Bowl over-indulgence do yourself some good and stay away from sweets today. Instead fill your sugary craving with a ripe blood orange, succulent pear, or juicy apple.
