I have tried candied hibiscus blossoms from Trader Joe's, it was pretty good. I am not pressed to get some more but I enjoyed them when I saw them. I think TJ phased them out or their suppliers ran out. Meanwhile, I can get dried hibiscus blossoms from the grocery stores catering to the Spanish-speaking population. They are not sweeten but I think they use it to make some kind of punch, along with the tamarind. In regards to goat meat, not surprised at all. It is bound to be a big business with immigrant population increasing.
