Happy Hour: Chambord Walk


For those of us unable to attend the glamorous parties at New York's Fashion Week, we'll have to settle for one of the season's most coveted cocktails instead! Chambord, the yummy French raspberry liquor is the official liquor of Fashion Week. A variety of cocktails made with the spirit are being served in the tents at Bryant Park and this recipe for the rosy hued Chambord Walk makes me want to strut to my bar and whip one up immediately. Just think, Gisele could be sipping on a Chambord Walk as I write this! To sip this fashionable cocktail in the comfort of your own kitchen, get the recipe, just



Chambord Walk

2 oz vodka
1 ounce Chambord
Club Soda

  1. Shake first two ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled rocks
    glass.
  2. Top with a splash of soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Serves 1.

You sure can get it in Australia... Try Dan Murphys in Victoria, im not sure if they are in the rest of the country. If it helps it usually comes in a black box. Another great tip if you have some Chambord floating around. Make a normal Cosmo but use Chambord instead of Cointreau, to make it even better put in a dash of raspberry puree. chuck in a hand full of ice and you are in berry heaven!!

You might also want to try it with vanilla vodka if you want to make it an over the top delicious drink. It's SUPER yummy.
