This year I don't have too much to make - Thanksgiving is just me and my fella. For once, I'm not roasting a whole turkey or even a turkey breast, because we always have too many leftovers to go through and the bf isn't big on turkey to begin with. So instead, I bought sliced, roasted turkey at Wholefoods (and some roast beef for him), and just have to whip up the stuffing and sweet potatoes, open the can of cranberry sauce (I'm old-school like that), and heat up the gravy and pre-baked apple pie. Considering that I usually go much bigger and do everything from scratch, it's going to be a very relaxing day tomorrow. :) Deidre 5 years Not yet...doing all the chopping and prep tonight so things are ready to go tomorrow. My in-laws are celebrating potluck style. I got assigned salad, which I thought was very weird (my family has never once served salad on T-day!). So to show off my skills, I'm making two and a pie to boot... laurelm 5 years mama, please bring it to my house as well :) yummy!
