MOOING! I love, love, LOVE me some rare, medium rare meat. I tend to crave it super bad when I'm heading to anemic stages. I often run low on iron (not quite anemia) and I find that some pink and juice is all I need! SO GOOD! Just had some med rare flank tonite in fact!

Medium Well to Well Done. I get freaked out by the blood. To me, it's cow blood, not "juice".

MEDIUM RARE! IT's juicier and tastier that way, any more cooked you got something that's not steak but something chewy and similar to burnt rubber

I can't cook with beef because of how red it is! If i'm going to eat it, it has to be medium to medium well.

Growing up my father cooked all steak MediumRare. Its all juicy and flavorful. When I had gotten married and went out to eat with the hubbys family they looked at me in horror as I cut my steak and seen a perfect pink inside. I enjoyed the fact that I could cut my NY strip with a butter knife and they had to tug and squirm at their beef jerky. My husband is now a converted MediumRare too. They "eww" and "gross" at him and he just smiles and sweeps up the juice with his biscuit.

I used to love it medium well, but now eat it well done because of the salmonella issues, like anony1111 said. It took some getting used to, but now I LOVE it cooked well.

I don't like steak, but if I were to eat it, I'd have it cooked medium.
