None. Maybe once or twice a year...it's not good for you and to say it quenches thirst is so silly! The amount of caffeine and sodium (even the caffeine-free ones like sprite have sodium) in them makes it impossible for you to be hydrated!!!! Water all the way!

I drink tea in the morning, but soda and water all day after that. Come to think of it, that should be a new year's resolution for me...

There are actually quite a few decaf teas out there. A lot of herbal teas are decaf, and many companies have started decaf lines. Republic of Tea actually has quite a few flavors available: http://www.republicoftea.com/templates/directory.asp?navID=59 - hope that helps!

I love tea with lots of splenda....what sucks is that no one has decaf tea out so I can only get water or lemondade... I'm all in.

I only 'get' a (diet) soda once my 64 oz. of water have been consumed. So, that's either one on my way home from work or one when I get home. On the weekends, I drink more.

how come none of the choices mentioned one in the morning? If I need some caffeine I have a Mt. Dew in the morning because I'm not a big fan of coffee...so make that 170 empty calories for me!

I wonder if all cola hurts bone density or just brown cola. I try to not drink any, diet included because of sodium, but diet rite pure zero has zero caffeine, zero sodium, zero calories. But, then again I love sierra mist free and diet jones soda cream soda... I'm all in.

Oh I voted none before I saw the last choice. Although I haven't drank in a really long time, I do like a rum and coke every now and then.

i hardly ever drink pop. it's liquid candy, the stuff rots your teeth and bones and it's an extra 130 empty calories.

I've started drinking coke zero. I used to never drink soda, but I have started drinking like one or two a week now. :(

Hardly any - maybe one a month or so?

I tend to only have soda with certain foods like pizza. It just seems to fit well together. So I usually only have soda about once a month. I do drink a lot of tea though.

3-8 I'd say. Tea first thing in the morning, then coffee, then diet coke all day, then wine. :)
