A friend of mine told me that it's possible to poach an egg in the shell? I love poached eggs but they are never quite the same perfect shape when I make them as in a restaurant.

This makes poaching so much less scary!  My dad is a killer egg poacher, but I've always been too nervous.  After watching this video I'm going to try it out and make an Easter Eggs Benedict.
