KFC Just Released a Hot Dog Version of the Double Down

Bread buns just aren't meaty enough, so naturally KFC had to take its indigestion-inducing meals to the next level. After the Double Down developed a cult following, the fast-food chain has now introduced the item's slightly disturbed cousin, the Double Down Dog.

A hot dog wrapped in a bun-shaped piece of fried chicken is topped with gooey cheese sauce, and BAM! A heart attack is born. Before you get too excited about daring your friends to ingest this creation, know that the Double Down Dog is currently only available in the Philippines. The participating chains are only allowed to sell 50 Double Down Dogs a day. We have so many mixed emotions when it comes to this hot dog hybrid; how do you feel about it?
