Ingredients

1 Maine split top-style country kitchen roll
Melted butter, for brushing
1 (1 1/2-pound) cooked lobster or 1/3 pound lobster meat
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Brush the outside of the roll with melted butter, and lightly toast.
  2. Brush inside of buns with mayonnaise, then fill bun with fresh lobster meat.
