One bite of this upgraded almond butter and you'll be as hooked as I am. Luckily, it only takes a few minutes to make, so what are you waiting for?
Omit the salt if using salted almond butter. Minced ginger can be substituted 1:1 for ginger juice, though the spread will be less smooth.
