Margarita Recipe Using Beer

Give Your Margarita a Fizzy Lift With Beer

This Sauza®-spiked margarita isn't your average drink; it packs a fizzy surprise: beer. Not only does this unusual addition give the lime-and-tequila mix a fizzy lift, but it also makes for a mellower buzz, which is a solid excuse to enjoy a second glass. Watch the video to learn how to mix up a pitcher for your Cinco de Mayo fiesta.

1 can Sauza® Blue Silver 100% Agave Tequila
1 bottle light beer
1 can frozen limeade
1 can water
Limes, sliced, for garnish

  1. Pour limeade and beer into a pitcher with ice. Fill limeade can with Sauza® Blue Silver, and pour into pitcher. Finally, add a can of water, and stir to combine.
  2. To serve, pour into margarita glasses and garnish with lime wheels.
