Matzo Marshmallow Treats Make Passover So Much Sweeter

We've seen (and tried) a lot of creative treats using matzo, but this might be our favorite yet: matzo marshmallow treats. (Think Rice Krispies Treats, except with a base of crumbled-up matzo instead of puffed rice cereal.) Dreamt up by Treat House — an NYC-based bakery that sells a slew of takes on the iconic childhood dessert — these gooey, chewy, salty-sweet treats would make for a great addition to your Passover spread.

Available in two flavors, Chocolate Matzoh and Matzoh Macaroon ($2 per treat, available by the dozen), these treats can be mixed and matched with the rest of Treat House's more traditional treats. Of the two, we preferred the chocolate, thanks to abundant chunks of chocolate folded into the treat and a salty, luster-dust-sprinkled piece of chocolate-dipped matzo on top of each treat, but if you're a coconut macaroon fan, the macaroon take is also solid.
