Tis the season for pumpkin everything and pecan pies. So I did my own take on the festive favorites for my friend Julie when she said she needed some awesome desserts for a birthday party. The guest of honor loves nut desserts, so we went with a toasted mixed nut caramel tart (walnuts, almonds and pecans to be exact). I'll share the recipes soon, I promise!
