Looking for more ways to use up pumpkin puree [1]? This seasonal version of overnight oats [2] from Breakfast Blog [3] sounds tasty and healthy!

I mixed some pumpkin purée into my usual vegan overnight oats (VOO), plus some spices. Deliciously autumnal. Read on for the recipe!

1/3 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup almond milk or any kind of milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon almond butter
