Mmm... hollitosway 5 years what about soft boiled? my mom used to make them for me all the time even though the idea of a runny yolk used to gross her out ♥ merie33 5 years I hate eggs. I used to eat them sunny side up when I was a kid and looking at them now when I have to cook them at work makes me want to vomit. Occasionally, and I'm talking like once every 3 months here, I'll eat an omelet but it has to have a bunch of other stuff in it...peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese...everything..basically to kill the egg flavor. But never any type of fried egg...ick! ilanac13 5 years i actually recently tried 'over medium' for the first time and i really enjoyed them. before that i would have said 'sunny side up' chiefdishwasher 5 years Hey..........the absolute best way............and you can not do this every week............cook the bacon first (so it is still chewy). Leave the bacon fat in the pan........crack two eggs into the hot grease.........spoon the bacon grease over the top of the egg until it is just done (no white runny stuff)........get them on your plate.............tell me, deep down inside even if you are a health nut, that egg tastes bomb! doogirl 5 years Over hard! I used to order them over easy because my Grandpa ordered them that way, but I never ate the yolks. He told me to order them over hard, which I didn't know you could do, I was probably 9 years old at the time, and so now that's how I order them! Or scrambled, which always works too! 5 years yeah i have to agree with YUM, if you're gonna go any way you need to go over-medium. i love a good fried egg but i'm a bit of a newbie so the runny yolk grosses me out a little if i think about it too much. so i recently ordered one over well to try and compensate and...it kind of had the consistency of a rubber bath mat. so i think i'll stick with over-med as long as the edges are fried up good!! fuzzles 5 years Sunny side up, a wiggly yolk, and plenty of hot sauce. ncsuemme 5 years mmm the egg pictured looks divine. i love em over easy with some good breaaaaad. yum. Calekey 5 years Over easy...this is lunch/brunch for me every day. It's simple, filling, nutritious and also delicious. Modus-Vivendi 5 years Over easy, but I try not to think too hard about the fact that I'm basically eating raw egg yolk. Spectra 5 years I don't care for egg yolks by themselves, so I only eat eggs that are scrambled. I know, it's weird. My grandpa used to eat his sunny-side up with the yolks still runny...for some reason that always grossed me out. bluespirit 5 years I don't know, I guess over easy or over medium. It really depends what I'm having it with. I'll usually have fried eggs with fried plantains in which case I prefer the yolk to be runny so I can dip the plantains in them. They're also better runny when I'm having them with rice. (This is how my family and I eat them!) marisaoswald 5 years oooh that picture looks amazing! totally drooling at my desk! i loove a runny yolk. yum yum yum! HoneyBrown1976 5 years Over easy. I love the runny texture. Food 5 years Although scrambled eggs are fried in a pan, for whatever reason, they aren't technically considered fried eggs. I call "over well" eggs "over hard" too — but I never order them that way, ever (over medium all the way!) weffie 5 years no scrambled?? i like runny anyway, but i thought it'd be a popular choice... chancleta 5 years Over well with the yolks intact. havok636 5 years am i the only one who thought it was "over hard" instead of "over well"? i mean come on, easy, medium; hard is just the logical progression here! AlexisSF 5 years that pic looks amazing. truth be told though, i've never had a fried egg! looks like i'll be making them this weekend! GlowingMoon 5 years I don't like fried eggs. I like to take my eggs soft-boiled in an egg cup. syako 5 years Sunny side up: runny yolks + toast = Smacks83 5 years Wow, whatever you ate in that pic looks amazing!! Dagne 5 years I prefer egg whites above all else but I'll eat scrambled and omelets. I can't stand even the thought of runny yolk.
