With pumpkin spice season in full swing, we should've seen this one coming, but pumpkin spice pizza has us all in a Fall frenzy. Anthony Rotio, a chef and creator of the upcoming kitchen tool Pizza Shelf, introduced us to the concept on Instagram, and we have to admit it sounds pretty delicious. It's made with pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, honey, fior di latte (mozzarella cheese made from cow's milk), ricotta, and sage. The POPSUGAR team is completely split over whether we'd be down for this, with responses ranging from "why would you do that to a pizza?!" to "pizza is a chameleon, it can be anything it wants to be."
