Made with pisco, sparkling wine, and St-Germain, this fizzy cocktail is like a Peruvian take on the perennially popular moscow mule , hence its name. - 1 part Portón pisco
1/2 part St-Germain
1/2 part lime juice
2 parts Champagne or sparkling wine
Raspberry or orange peel, for garnish
- Combine all ingredients except Champagne into a shaker. Shake well, and strain into a Champagne flute. Top off with Champagne. Garnish with orange peel or raspberry.
