In what sounds like something out of a food fantasy, scientists at the University of Missouri are in the final stages of taste-testing what they're calling "multi-functional ice cream" — that is, ice cream with antioxidants, added dietary fiber, probiotics, and prebiotics. The product could be available as early as this Summer.
