Sounds amazing. I would love that, since Peeps add a nice little crystallized texture that traditional marshmallows don't have.

Susannah, I sure have! (I commented, but it may be later in the article....) Peeps'mores: roast a Peep over a gas burner/open fire (or microwave the peep for a few seconds), sandwich Peep between two graham crackers & chocolate/nutella. Delicious!!!
