I made chewy popcorn balls, caramels, and sugar ornaments. My sister and friends made sugar cookies, lemon wreaths, and galletas maria- coconut, oatmeal, and peanut butter (instead of peanuts) cookies.

All of the above...everything is done except the rum/brandy/bourbon balls and the fruit-and-bourbon cookies (made with dried fruit not neon "candied"). I think I am just about "baked out" for the year. LOL :)

Chocolate cookies. I made my mum triple chocolate cookies, and she went nuts so I'm making more of those.

I baked cinnamon hazelnut crescents, made toffee and peppermint fudge. I wanted to bake more cookies, but my family doesn't eat a lot of cookies anymore at the holidays, so I cut back.

I just made some shortbread cookies last night with red and green sprinkles drizzled with chocolate. I'm making another batch tonight because...come on...i had to taste test!! And, you know, I had to try one from different corners of the cookie sheet for consistency's sake!

We need an all of the above option, Yum - I'm making ALL of those kinds of cookies, and then some other kinds too! This year I've got a dozen different kinds of cookies on my baking list (looking at making around 35 dozen cookies altogether). I'm also making chocolate truffles as gifts ... so I'll be a slave to my kitchen all week! :]

I made peanut butter blondies with dark chocolate M&Ms, they count as chocolate cookies right? Hope to bake something more Christmas-y too.

sometimes I'm really in the mood to bake, but I'm not feeling it this year and I don't believe in baking if you don't want to--why make it a chore? I'm going to buy gourmet treats this year.
