What's on the Menu at the Golden Globes?

On Jan. 6, Suki Suguira, head chef at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, gave a press preview of the food that would be served at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards this Sunday.

They didn't really go for sustainable foods, did they? Half the produce is out of season, and sea bass? I know that fish has some sustainable sources, but I wonder if that's what they're using.Honestly, it wouldn't bother me as much if they hadn't made such a fuss over a "green" event just last year or the year before.
