SO what I do...I get up in the morning, at around 8 and then work out for 2 hours and then come back and get ready for things and do other things until around 12 or 12:30 and then I eat!! 2 meals only a day!
I usually like long, sit down breakfasts and that usually doesn't happen except for on the weekends. I like my big American breakfast: sausage, eggs, omelets, orange juice, grits, pancakes...yea, I love big all you can eat brunches. They are the best.
I eat with the kids before getting started with school work.
The only thing that gets me out of bed in the morning is knowing that my fruit bowl is awaiting me in the fridge, and the smell of the coffee already percolating.

I eat breakfast at my desk. have my coffee read the news relax.
I've never been one for breakfast, even when I was a kid. All the cereals and stuff... never liked them much. My mom tried granola bars, pop tarts, everything. Finally when I got to highschool she started making me a sandwich for breakfast so I'd eat it in the car on the way to school. I didn't eat it because I wanted to, I ate it to make her feel better. To this day I don't eat breakfast. I get up, shower, dress and have my coffee. Maybe 2 hours later I'll have some oatmeal or something like that but rarely.
I usually wake up around 6-6:15 and get to work by 7:30, meaning I eat my usual breakfast of Light and Fit yogurt with trail mix, Triscuits, a banana and Starbucks at my desk, while reading the morning headlines.
Several hours after I wake up. I can't eat when I first get up - I literally feel ill if I do.
i usually eat an hour and a half after i get up. takes time to work up an appetite. lol* have to make my hunger worth the breakfast.
I wake up, eat two pieces of fresh fruit, get dressed (to let the fruit digest), then eat my oatmeal with blueberries and a cup of white tea. Every morning no matter what! It's a non-negotiable. I eat this even on the weekends when I cook my boyfriend a fried breakfast. Yum, I love it! If I absolutely had no time, I have homemade protein bars in the freezer that I could grab on the way out the door, but I'd never go without. I know I've said this before, but I cannot function without breakfast!! It's the one thing I'm really anal about.
Never at the same time everyday. Some days I skip it.
I usually eat a wheat bagel or an English muffin in my car on the way to work in the morning...or I'll eat a yogurt with banana when I get to work. On the weekends, I usually don't eat until I've been awake for an hour or so.
At work around 8. Any earlier and I get hungry before lunch.
I went to a dietician, and she recommended eating within one hour of waking up, even if it is something small in order to curb cravings later in the day. It is really true, I used to eat when I got to work, but was really snacky later in the morning. Now even though I eat earlier, I am not hungry later in the morning.
I, too, am one of those people who can't eat as soon as I get up: it makes me sick. So I usually eat 45 minutes to 1.5 hours after I get up. But I will have a glass of calcium-fortified OJ or Pom juice with my vitamins as I'm getting ready.

I have about the same schedule as musefromnowhere. Early start, get ready and eat while getting ready to leave the door.
I have to get up around 6:30 most days, but I usually eat yogurt with some granola or fruit in it while I'm getting ready (i.e. mascara...bite...brush hair...bite) :-) I can't skip breakfast - it's my favorite meal of the day!
Always after I get dressed. I'm so slow in the mornings I need to do things in order of priority - get up, dressed, fix bed-head i.e. my hair, have breakfast. I have to be left the house at 7.15am so sometimes I'll skip breakfast at home, and grab something at work. I'm with Lianna - can't believe how early some people have to get up!
Oh my, I was shocked at how many of you say you get up between 4:30 and 5:30, that is so early! and to work out on top of that, I give you guys props, I can barely get up at 6:30
Normally I don't want to eat when I first get up. I'll have a glass of milk and take my vitamin, and then I either grab something and eat in the car, or pick up something on the way in. I work in a hospital/university setting, so there are lots of options. Lately I've been trying to make sure I have a piece of fruit with whatever it is, just to get in all those fruits and veggies I need to eat every day.
It really just depends. Most mornings, I get up, I shower, and then I have breakfast (Carnation, anyway). Weekends it's more or less whenever I get hungry. (At which time it may be considered lunch.) :)
i have a breakfast bar or peanut butter on wheat bread once i get to work everyday. weekends- i try and sleep past breakfast time... :)
Why do I love this picture? LOL Anyway, during the week I eat breakfast at work. 9am. Weekends? Not really into breakfast - but I like coffee brought to me in bed...
