Cravinsugar green garlic is an ingredient that is increasing in popularity. It's available, when in season, at specialty super markets and is young garlic before it begins to form cloves. Green garlic looks like a leek or green onion with a while bulb and long green top. It taste is that of garlic only much milder and softer.
Arugula and asparagus top my list.
What is green garlic? Is it like reg garlic? I LOVE GARLIC _________________________________________________________ Why don't you wear the face you have when I am not around?
