i'm a vegetarian so i couldn't even begin to say what my preference would be. i know that i used to eat steak when i was like 6 but i didn't get to choose the cut.

Vegetarian...but I was never too into steak even before I stopped eating meat. I was a low maintance kid. Hotdogs and cheeseburgers were my faves

Tough call...needed an "other" category because for me, depending on my mood (and fat consumption mood) it's a close race between a VERY very bleu filet, prime rib, or a rare new york. If I get a filet or prime rib, I only like it if its so rare it's practically mooing. The new york, I like cooked a little more due to the cut. Okay, now I really want a nice slab of meat for dinner.

Bones and fat always ruin the experience for me so I always have filet mignon. Sometimes I also like to enjoy a good bavette with caramelized shallots.

Bloody ribeye or prime rib with lots of fat! MMMMM. :feedme: T-bones and porterhouses are okay as well. I've never liked filet mignon much, for some reason. Too lean, maybe.

I'm tossed up between Ribeye and NY strip. Good call on the Delmonico CatGirl. That's definitely a great cut of meat.

It's really a tie between ribeye and prime rib...I cannot be forced to choose between the two. My favorite ribeye steak of all time is at the Taste of Texas in Houston. It just melts in your mouth...
