What about favorite food websites. I really enjoy Martha's website and What are other people's favorites??

My absolute favorite is Cooks Illustrated. I love America's Test Kitchen and that they really view cooking as a science and try the recipes so many different ways. I've never made anything I didn't like from this mag (I seriously can't say that about the others listed!)

designergirl - i've had great baked goods from cooking light, one of my all time fave recipes for pumpkin pie cake came from cooking light syako - donna hay is great, but it's from australia so you pay a big import price. It's also interesting because their seasons are opposite of ours which means they have great summer treats when we're in the middle of winter. It's a nice escape! maybe worth a splurge every now and again.

Love Bon Appetit.
Martha Stewart or Southern Living (which wasn't on the list). Martha's is very organized and makes recipe finding easy!

I love Cooks Illustrated, but the all time best is Southern Living. I am a Georgia girl though.

Donna Hay is good (expensive, though), but Gourmet is my favorite. Everyday and some of the others are a bit too easy. I like to challenge myself in the kitchen. I also gave up on Cooking Light years ago because I like to bake, and, quite frankly, you can't make good desserts light unless they are naturally so (like baked apples or something).

Someone got me a subscription to Bon Appetit last Christmas and I have yet to make one recipe from it, too complicated. Cooking Light is great though. I made a bread pudding from there last weekend for a dinner party and it was a total hit. No one had any idea it was on the healthy side either (til I bragged and told them)

I absolutely love cook's illustrated, followed by fine cooking, but Imbibe is my current fave. I wish there was a food equivalent!
