I chose all of the above, but mostly I get them from cookbooks. I love collecting them and just looking through them at random!
Food Network, Friends, Family, Internet, and constantly going to B&N to check out the new cookbooks.
all of the above, but lesser from family/friends! im one of the few who cooks :p
allrecipes.com, cookbooks, and of course kitchen goddess!
Allrecipes definitely is a favorite, in addition to the cookbooks I've been stockpiling around the house. My husband loves them too! He just bought a dessert one (He loves to bake!) But I also have recipe cards from family members and even a cookbook that my grandmother's church put together, including recipes from my great-grandparents and lots of good old favorites. I love looking at recipes!
i go to sites alot, but cook the cookbook recipes more.
allrecipes.com all the way!
allrecipes.com & food network..i love food network..!!
all of the above. i love watching the food network and trying things out. but i also love altering them and making up things on my own (like my soup tonight)!
Definitely all of the above, including the comments too! I also check out A LOT of cookbooks from the library and LOVE going through them while watching tv or really whenever. I think borrowing them first is an awesome way to find out what I want to buy, some I will only use/try 1 or 2 recipes and never look at again, others usually include fundamentals that I always like to have on hand. And I'm a huge sucker for pictures, as my eyes guide my stomach. I don't like cookbooks that lack great pictures, with the exception of Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything, and The Joy of Cooking because I just think those are essentials! Foodblogs have become my newest addiction, right up there with my stacks of library cookbooks. I just think these are the greatest things EVER and I can read, and read, and read until the wee hours of the morning!
Definitely all the above. Cookbooks, online, food networks, old recipes in the family, friends, YumSugar :) It's pretty easy to find great recipes to try out!
These days mostly from websites, but I have several cookbooks from my parent's church and community with the awesome receipes that would always be brought to Sunday dinner on the ground. I still cook a lot of the dishes I made as a teenager. My Nanna taught me to cook, and it was all done by "eyeballin'". No exact measurements for any of those, but to this day I still throw them together.
I get most of mine from foodnetwork.com and epicurious.com, but I have found some really good ones on small blogs as well. I have so many freakin cookbooks and cooking magazines it's ridiculous, and I love to just read through them too cravinsugar!! But only when I'm not hungry, otherwise I start to drool!! __________ Zing!!
I go through everything looking for great new recipes. I find the most reliable, though, are the ones gathered through family and friends. However, these days I have been scouring the internet for recipes.
I am a foodnetwork-aholic... I watch it constantly. I always look online for recipies and if i like something i always try to get the recipe. TINA!
I'm addicted to the collection of recipes. I subscribe to many food blog feeds for the reason alone, and I love a good browse through a cookbook.
Actually, it's easy to just type in Google the name of the dish and I'll just browse until I find a good one =)
All of the above. I love buying cookbooks. It's one of my weaknesses.
I make my own. It is my job!
I have some from my grandmother, mother and other members of my family, but I love cookbooks and websites as well. I love the 30 minutes or less cookbooks (not Rachael Ray, but others) and I enjoy combing through allrecipes for good ideas as well.
i used to go online but now i'm in this 'buying cookbook' stage where i want to really learn more about how this ingredient affects another, techniques and etc etc. like cooking fundamentals. i love looking online and looking at th pretty pictures though :D online recipe searching has really diversified my tastes in food
Absolutely all of the above! I like trying new things and I also will not hesitate to ask for a recipe of something I like at friend's and family's houses!
definitely all of the above for me. i love to try new things...i'm not one of those people that has the same meal schedule over and over again (aka my mom! haha). i need variety!
