Giada's my hero! Alton Brown is next and then Anthony Bourdain. I had a run in with Rachael Ray and let's say I'm no longer a fan...she's so annoying.

Bourdain, he makes me laugh and appreciate food more than the rest.

I would want a dinner with Giada because she makes awesome food but we will invite Bourdain because you know he has some great stories

Anthony all the way. He would enjoy food more, rather than just keeping his mouth wide open and pretending to know about food (:cough cough GIADA cough cough). Plus he always tries something different, and I like that about food. Not just pastas and pork.

...Jamie AND Nigela! I watch Giada voraciously, I've read all Anthony Bourdain's food-related books and think that Alton Brown is what makes the American Iron Chef better than the original, BUT... I gotta go with Gordon Ramsay. I'm addicted to "The F Word" and this sounds cheesy, but I never would have tried to roast meat last Fall for the first time without the confidence boost his show gave me that I could do it.

I picked Ms. Paula Deen ya'll. I know that most of the rest of them would have sooo much more culinary knowledge but she would be way more FUN!

That's a tough. I like a lot on that list. Bourdain is my pick, Giada a close second, Sara Moulton/Paula Deen are runners-up for third! :-D Not a big fan of Rachel Ray. Sorry. I've met her....she's comes off nothing like she does on screen. Eh....
