I don't eat steak much, but when I do, I want an amazing cut of meat. Medium rare tenderloin or filet mignon for me.

Last night I cooked a tri tip with rosemary sprinkled on top and in the fire to give it some flavor. I then made up some chimichuri sauce to throw over each slice. Flank steak and skirt steak are tougher slices. If you marinate them and slice them against the grain they are great. They have more flavor. The flank is often used in Chinese meals and the skirt is used at mexican restaurants.

Filet Mignon is my favorite. I will eat a t-bone or porterhouse steak for barbeque.

I haven't eaten red meat since I was 11, almost 14 years.

Filet mignon was listed, it's also known as "tenderloin."

I usually go for ribeye, but I'm not too picky. I love steak. I can't wait until my roommate brings back another half a cow from his family's ranch. :)

I don't eat beef anymore, but when I did I loved a juicy T-bone.

When I was a teenager, I could eat a whole sirloin by myself. How about that!

I used to be either a filet mignon or sirloin gal, but now I go for flat iron steak, whenever possible. It has the full flavor of the more flavorful cuts of steak (like sirloin) but is tender (like rib-eye). Especially marinated, it's REALLY good.

Filet mignon mostly, but anything not too fatty. Fat on meat grosses me out!

Filet Mignon. Usually order a rare petite filet with a side of asparagus and good red wine.
