I don't eat steak much, but when I do, I want an amazing cut of meat. Medium rare tenderloin or filet mignon for me.

ribeye - and the more marbling, the better! i've also been known to have prime rib for breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert - easy to do at vegas buffets - haha

None of the restaurants here on the east coast call it tenderloin...so i didn't know what it was haha. petite, med rare. all steak medium rare, actually haha.

Last night I cooked a tri tip with rosemary sprinkled on top and in the fire to give it some flavor. I then made up some chimichuri sauce to throw over each slice. Flank steak and skirt steak are tougher slices. If you marinate them and slice them against the grain they are great. They have more flavor. The flank is often used in Chinese meals and the skirt is used at mexican restaurants.

Filet Mignon is my favorite. I will eat a t-bone or porterhouse steak for barbeque.

I usually go for ribeye, but I'm not too picky. I love steak. I can't wait until my roommate brings back another half a cow from his family's ranch. :)

I used to be either a filet mignon or sirloin gal, but now I go for flat iron steak, whenever possible. It has the full flavor of the more flavorful cuts of steak (like sirloin) but is tender (like rib-eye). Especially marinated, it's REALLY good.
