Her overwhelming fame is begining to bug me, though... lilkimbo 7 years I love Paula Deen. I like to watch her show and I love everything I've ever made from one of her cookbooks. I like Padma, too. Her cookbook is great, as well. mbrown81 7 years Alright it wasn't hard to pick Paula Deen. A stick of butter makes everything better. I do like the rest of them as well so I thought I would putt them in order for you. Paula Deen Rachael Ray Giada De Laurentiis Ina Garten Sandra Lee Cat Cora The rest tie for last katmat89 7 years I chose Giada but I love Cat Cora and Paula Deen, too. dootsie 7 years Giada, for sure. She's sweet, and her recipes are always interesting and look so much fun to try. Personally, I want to punch Rachel Ray in the face, every single time I see her. Am I the only one? TheMissus 7 years Who the heck voted for Sandra Lee???? Do you not have any taste? fireyelectra 7 years I gave it to Cat Cora simply for the fact that she's hardcore enough to finish every battle with a shot of ouzo. bellechic 7 years RR is everywhere now! So, I voted for Sandra Lee. It cracks me up that she drinks at the end of every show. But her food is pretty unhealthy. Angelica 7 years Not Sandra Lee - I can promise you that. She seems like a cast member of "Real Housewives of Orange County." UrbanBohemian 7 years I like Giada...the Food Network is so popular in my family and other relatives tell me that she reminds them of me. It makes me feel so warm and fuzzy :-) Beauty 7 years I want Rachael Ray to go away. Triscuits and Cheez Whiz do not a meal make. Miss-Green 7 years I am torn!! I love Giada, Rachael, Paula, and Ina for different reasons! This is a very tough one. angelina8023 7 years I love Giada, Ina, and Paula. There is something classic and delicate about the way Giada cooks. Paula is fun to watch and has the best recipe for biscuits. I have never made anything from Ina that has tasted bad. She is a true talent:) Now I'm hungry!! Hautie 7 years Giada! Since I do alot of dinner party hosting... I always pick up new appetizers from her show that help so much. I like to have a large set of standard recipes to choose from when I host. It is her fault that I know so many truly amazing things to batter and fry... from ravioli to cheese. The girl has taught me tons of fattening things to make. Yet, I can say the same for Paula Deen. Her gooey butter cake is always in demand at the parties... and it is so sweet it would put a person into a sugar coma. I want my cooking shows to have realistic cooking... that the home viewer can hope to duplicate in their own kitchen. I don't to watch some "Pro-Chef" cooking things I would never eat. I like the down home ladies and their great cooking that Food Network tends to highlight. designergirl 7 years All of the reasons I no longer watch the food channel. There are amazing, actual female chefs out there but they aren't on the list. What about Alice Waters for example. I mean, she has to be considered a celebrity chef to those in the know! I have no idea how Sandra Lee and the like can even be considered "chefs." Cat Cora is the least offensive of the bunch and only one who has worked as a chef (Giada might be trained, but was a personal cook). Princesskitty22 7 years Sometimes I don't even want to touch the stuff RR makes, but Paula, Ina, and Giada make food that makes me drool. So, I like them all pretty equally, and I've gotten some cool ideas from Rachel and Sandra Lee, but I picked Paula because she's so darn cute! alex1984 7 years I liked Giada, until I saw her on Oprah, i thought she was rude, always interupting Oprah. Not my fav anymore! audreystar 7 years paula deen! i just LOVE her. :D haute77 7 years i can't stand giada, although she does have pretty good recipes. she tends to throw basil on everything and call it "italian." whatever! :) rachael ray is cool, but i can't stand when she brings her hubby along with her on the tasty travels show. i used to love nigella but i never see her on tv anymore. cheersdahlin 7 years INA!! erratic-assassin 7 years well really, my fave chef is my mom, but I voted for RR. Not She gives back to the community. she donated $50,000 to a 23 yr old man from Anaheim who adopted his sister's 3 kids (she was sick) and has selflessly given them everything he can to make sure they had everything they needed. IDK much about her show, to be honest, but anyone who helps out a guy who really set his life back to take care of his sis' kids gets my vote. bluesarahlou 7 years Oh and there were two Iron Chef shows recently that were GREAT. The one with Rachael and Mario vs. Bobby and Giada was good, interesting to see the girls out of their element. Although Mario annoys me to NO end, I actually liked the two of them as a team. Giada was FREAKING out the whole time. I really loved the episode with Paula and Cat vs. Tyler Florence and Robert Irvine, nice to see Robert not be so darn scary! The cheesy fudge scared me but apparently it was really good. bluesarahlou 7 years I picked Paula...not cause I'd make any of her recipies but cause she's like the grandma I never had..."Butter makes it better!!!" -Rachael Ray...eh..to much..all the time..overload. -Padma..who? -Cat..I like her, but she seems kinda harsh. -Ingrid..Those hundred commericals a day killed her for me. I think I watched one show and I wasn't particulary impressed. -Sandra..Can't stand her. Heard she went to Le Cordon Bleu...and wasted that education on making stuff out of already made stuff. -Nigella..who? -Giada..the one thing that bugs me about her show is the cinematography. It weirds me out. -Ina..her show weirds me out too. natkubichar 7 years paula is m yfavorite then rachel then giada and sandra is a pretend cook (cheater lol) tkoblondee 7 years :) Paula!
