Would You Eat Raw Meat Sushi?

My gal Giggle sent me this video the other day. We all know about fish sashimi, but have you heard of horse, deer, or chicken sushi?! Be sure to check out the video and then tell me, would you eat raw meat sushi?

I love raw beef, lamb and venison, don't mind raw pork but don't like raw chicken -it's a texture thing I think. Don't understand why more of you have not tried bits while you were cooking - have you no curiosity? A

Think I'll stick with regular sushi, but depending on the circumstances and restaurant, I might give it a shot.

sure. as long as you go to a well respected place, you can be sure to trust the establishment to provide good meat.

I have eaten Carpaccio many times and I think I tried raw ground beef prepared in an Ethiopian style. I don't think I would try raw chicken though.

I had raw deer sushi before. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't something that I would get again. Reminded me too much of Bambi.

I ate horse sushi without knowing what it was. It was good, but I felt sort of bad afterward.

I think I'd be too scared to eat raw chicken, the only way I eat deer is if it's sausage form, and I haven't tried horse yet. I have enough issues eating blue steak, but oddly enough, I love fish sushi.

Anything at least once. Even the chicken. Just like the raw fish, It'd have to be from somewhere I completely trust, but if I trust their raw fish, then I'd trust other things from them.

Nope.

I must say my first reaction was to say NO WAY!!! haha but then I remembered about the carpaccio, and now I am not so sure I'd completely reject the idea. Although chicken might not be so nice to eat raw.

Can someone tell me something? I have never had tartar so i don't want to say i don't like it, but.....i learned that the germs that are presento n the outside of beef are ground and distributed throughout the entire thickness of the beef. I know that is why in the states for the most part, alot restaurants only serve their ground beef well done. Is tartar a different grade of beef or kind of beed?
