Here is a recipe I came up with for spiced wine cranberry sauce: - 1 package cranberries - 2 cups 100% cranberry/apple/peach juice - honey - zest of 1 orange - juice of 1 orange - nutmeg - cinnamon - allspice - cloves - red wine - sugar to taste Combine everything (except the sugar) in a pot and boil down.
