I just add chocolate and caramel chips to my pecan pie mixture before baking. gingirl 6 years I'm a huge fan of apple pie, but that wasn't an option here. I don't really like pumpkin pie all that much, so pecan is it. Last year I made pumpkin muffins with a cheesecake frosting that was a big hit, though!
