Kelliegrl 6 years a scone for sure. I'm so glad I learned to make them myself! Stupidasscat 6 years If the flavor was banana it would be a hard chice to pick probably scone would win over tho' but chocolate would have to be a muffin ElizabethRae 6 years In general, muffins. I think I like them more because they are more moist. The scones I love are Sticky Fingers scone mixes. They have a chocolate chip scone mix that is grrrreat, plus it is not as dry as most scones. But in general, muffins win. DearSugar 6 years I love bran muffins! dkaufmann125 6 years Scones totally! Whole Foods has the best vegan scones ever! they also have some damn good vegan biscotti for all my vegan friends out there... Baby-Girl 6 years it's based on what the flavors are. SomethingWicked 6 years scones rock my world cupcake345 6 years Scones, hands down. I have found a great, basic oatmeal scone recipe and have been experimenting with different sweet and savory ideas. Bacon & cheddar scone anyone??? lexichloe 6 years Probably a scone. They're more accommodating for bacon, sausage, eggs, all the breakfast foods I really love! allinavhcnerf 6 years it totally depends on the flavor! Wild-Magelet 6 years Scones (which in NZ are often pronounced as "skon", rhyming - sort of - with "John"). I have SUCH a weakness for them, which is why I have to avoid them totally, lest I eat the whole plate. Either cheese scones or plain with raspberry jam and cream. I would also be very happy, however, with a homemade blueberry muffin (and actually I do make a healthy version of those with wholemeal flour, applesauce and no butter or refined sugar). I can definitely leave a chocolate muffin, though, I was never a fan of them. If I'm going to eat something decadently chocolate, it's going to be a giant piece of chocolate cake. I don't think there are half-measures when it comes to chocolate! I'm either out or all in. :) GlowingMoon 6 years Neither. mominator 6 years Depends on the mood and the flavor. I love both and heck would eat them both for breakfast, lunch or dinner :) I pronounce it like throne. Rancher'sGirl 6 years Where is the "BOTH!!" button on this poll? LOL:) I love a muffin for breakfast, but scones for a snack with a cuppa (cup of tea) are a very special treat. Now if I could just not have my homemade scones turn out like hockey pucks.LOL ;) neonbee 6 years I love scones, but muffins are heaven sometimes. jessie 6 years depends on the flavor....maybe on of each...lol Swen 6 years In general, I'd prefer muffins. A scone has to be a really good scone for me to like it. But a mediocre muffin is still pretty tasty to me. AmberHoney 6 years I'm a scone lover and I do make some killer ones, if I don't say so. Hubby bought me a cookbook of only scones and it is heavenly - savory and sweet ones. Linda-McP 6 years Oh, please don't make me choose! I love both, especially my zucchini oatmeal muffins and the buttermilk scones made from a family recipe handed down from our Scottish relatives in Glasgow. doogirl 6 years And cinnamon rolls! doogirl 6 years I've never had a scone either! But I like croissants and toast with butter and jam! mckena 6 years MUFFINS! i have been eating them everyday this past week, i'm obsessed. MeggyPoodles 6 years i've never had a scone! CoconutPie 6 years I love all baked goods so I'd say it really depends on the flavor. Double chocolate or blueberry? No thanks. Maple syrup, raspberry, pumpkin, or banana and chocolate chips? Yes, please!
