Well I'd probably go for the omelet over the scrambled eggs... but I'd rather have a sunny side up/over easy/poached egg before either of the two options!

I prefer a "scramlet." I love the filling of the omelet, but I prefer to just scramble eggs and have the filling in the scrambled eggs. Does that make sense?

I like both personally, as long as it contains spinach or kale and soy cheese.

Musicmixer....sounds like you must have been a firefighter in that past life to make a famous "Hibernator"!

In one of my past lives...we had a community brunch when we worked weekends...my specialty was the "Hibernator"...omelette with 4 extra large eggs, mushrooms, onions, toms, chilles, hot italian sausage, ham, bacon, Louisiana hot links and cheddar and pepper jack cheese....work production was then at a standstill while we all took a nap!

Depends. Omelette is my favorite, especially with cream cheese. But if I have corned beef hash, then I like eggs over easy. On salads, it's hard-boiled. And in fried rice, scrambled eggs. The only way I won't eat an egg is sunny side up; I don't like the idea that the top surface isn't cooked and the white is runny.

I used to only be able to eat eggs in the form of an omelet or scramble. My boyfriend introduced me to the over-medium style about a year ago and I haven't looked back since! I do like the occasional hard-boiled egg though

I voted for the omelette. However, I like my eggs either over easy or sunny side up.

The only way I don't like eggs is soft-boiled....geh. I hate the runny white. If I had to pick between scrambled and omelette though...it would be scrambled. They are the easiest meal to make!

I like them scrambled for the most part, but sometimes I opt for a frittata. I also like them hard-boiled.

I don't like eggs very much, so I voted Other. If any at all, I like hard boiled.

I love scrambled eggs, but I can't say 'no' to sunny side up eggs too. I grew up having my sunny side up eggs...with those runny warm yolk....mmmmmmm...a pinch of salt and pepper...
