You Interested in a Bag Full of Bagel-Fuls?

If you're looking for ways to cut time from your morning routine, but instant oatmeal isn't your thing, then you may be interested to hear what Kraft has up their sleeves. Their new creation is called Bagel-Fuls and they're frozen bagels, which are pre-stuffed with cream cheese. The product — which is being referred to as a "hand-held breakfast sandwich" — will hit shelves in April, and will be introduced through a national ad campaign. I'm not sure how the bagels are heated, but I'm really curious to see what they're all about. On one hand it sort of terrifies me, but on the other hand it fascinates me. What do you think? Would you be interested in a Bagel-Ful?

I don't think they're related, but we have been getting shrink-wrapped bagels with a slab of cream cheese in them in the Army for years...of course, they drag them out to the field frozen and they're only partially defrosted by the time we eat them and the bagels are horrible...more like a bad roll and lacking the chewiness of a bagel...they're disgusting. I don't know when it became difficult to smear some cream cheese over a bagel, but if these are anything like the ones that I had before, I'll pass....

I am interested mostly to know how you heat them as well. If you stick a bagel in the microwave you get chewy rubbery business. I guess I'd have to see it.

i wouldnt mind tasting them...but i'm sure they are over filled with cream cheese and have 1243434545566342 calories. I always scrape off half the cream cheese from my bagel so i'm not big on a bagel that's hard to seperate from the cheese.

How lazy can you be! Only fresh bagels taste good anyways.

I'd definitely try these...I'm always on the lookout for good breakfast items that I can just grab out of the freezer, even if I have to put them in the micro at work. I leave the house at 6:15, I don't want to wake up a minute earlier to make it but I do like to eat breakfast!

This would be acceptable, while in a great while when I'm behind schedule and need something on-the-run. :)

Gross. I think people eat too many prepackaged foods these days... and bagel-fuls is just another gross example.

No way, I hate this prepackaged junk. It seems so processed even if it's not...ugh.

I wonder how processed these are.I might splurge for a bagel once or twice a week, but there is something extra special about when you get them just crispy enough.. I would guess the cream cheese would be messy.I'm sure many people will buy them though, a lot of people will pay for convienence.

I hate cream cheese so NO!!!!!
Lambsauce Lambsauce 7 years
I'd try it, sure. But only if they're toastable... I don't like bagels, fresh or otherwise, unless they're toasted.
Le-Luxe Le-Luxe 7 years
Yeah...how much cream cheese is floating around in there? Plus, I like my bagels toasted. If they tell me how to work that, then MAYBE i would try it.

i hate frozen bagels! and frozen cream cheese sounds yucky and just for them to be prozen they will be stuffed full of even more artificial processed ingredients.

I am a huge fan of fresh bagels, but stuffed ones would be GREAT for mornings when I'm in a rush!!! I can't wait to try - especially if they make flavored cream cheese ones too!!!
