to help get the pan clean just boil a little soapy water for a few minutes and then let it simmer. It will clean up in amazing speed.

I love polenta! Just soak the pan for a few hours in HOT HOT water and the stuck bits will come clean!

I love polenta but i hate cooking it. Trying to clean the pot or pan afterwards is hell on earth
