Toasted ravioli (fried) is a St. Louis specialty. We've been making it for about a 150 years. It's so good!

Mmmmmmm fried raviolis :drool:The Monterey Bay Aquarium has a lot of really useful info on sustainable seafood, including a little brochure you can print and keep in your purse or wallet. It's specific to the region you live in (east coast, west coast, central USA, world) so that helps a lot when you go to the store.

I don't know. I remember seeing it on menus but I'm not sure I've eaten it. I'm just excited that I can make it (and the fried cheese!) at home.
