Ming believes home cooks should always have edamame in their freezers. Cooked frozen edamame only need to be boiled for three to four minutes, then tossed in seasoning to be enjoyed. In a pinch, when guests come knocking, he suggests serving them as a cold appetizer.

I always keep it frozen too, it's a really good snack for in between shifts when I don't have time for dinner but I need a quick protein boost... and soooooo yummy :)

I keep frozen edamame in my freezer; it is always my go to app when I realize that i forgot to grab an app for a party i'm headed out the door for!
