Baking Items

I bake about twice a month and store the baking goods (sugars, flour, chocolate, extracts, etc.) in a large cabinet above the stove. Although I have to use a step ladder to get them, it's nice to have them all in one place.

You could put all of those things on a serving tray, so you can pull them out together, maybe even without a stepladder. www.marthastewart.com has a ton of great suggestions for how to use space in cabinets like this.. because you're only using the bottom half there.
