Britney looked in good spirits out to lunch yesterday, but there are more dispatches from the OK! Magazine photoshoot from hell, (which hits stands today, btw). Not only did Brit use designer dresses both as a napkin and to clean up after London, but apparently she walked out of the shoot wearing $21,267 worth of clothing and accessories.

4Where are her kids? I never thought I would say this, but she makes KFed look like a fit parent. Those poor babies. She is beyond train wreck. This girl is going to end up living on the streets, strung out and turning tricks in the park for crack money.
