Hilary Duff donned her signature giant gold hoop earrings while continuing her tour across Canada yesterday. Even if you miss Duff as she promotes Dignity, don't you worry because she'll be coming to the small screen at the end of the month as the co-host of this year's Teen Choice Awards. She'll be playing MC alongside Nick Cannon at the fun-filled show which airs live on Sunday August 26th.
