Mischa Barton changed out of her colorful See by Chloe number and into an all white dress for her afternoon out in NYC yesterday. So, perhaps we got a glimpse into those shopping bags after all. Over the weekend Mischa was spotted flirting with James Blunt at the James Taylor concert in the Hamptons, only neither of them could make up their minds about each other.
