Nicole Richie is back from her east coast pregnancy tour (oooor you know, tagging along with Joel's band) and made her presence known at Urth Cafe in LA this afternoon. Obviously, photos of Nicole are more popular than ever now that she's pregnant, as evidenced by the swarm of paparazzi following her to a simple lunch. I wonder if this return to LA means that she'll be checking in for her short jail stint soon.
